Father's Day Project (My Pink Stamper Challenge)

I made a dual birthday/Father's Day card for my dad.  This is one of the first cards I made without any help (project ideas online or in the cartridge guides) and I'm sure there are things I can improve, so please feel free let me know what you think.

"Even though I've left the nest, I'll always remember who taught me to fly!"

Tools used:
  • Cricut (original machine)
  • Create a Critter cartridge
  • Songbird Cartridge
  • ZIG Glue Pen
  • ZIG writer in pure pink
  • Scissors
  • Paper Cutter
  • Standard cardstock (for blue background, pink words, and light yellow in chick)
  • Cricut Earthtones Textured cardstock (for egg, nest, chick, and grass)
Enter yourself in the challenge at My Pink Stamper.  The giveaway is for a Cricut Expression.
